My name is Frank Cristao and what started out as a hobby has become a passion. My main reason to be in the Colonial Antique Mall is to reach people who might have tackle that never knew anyone collected and enjoyed it as a hobbie. I have been a member of several organizations including:

My main interests are lures made by the HEDDON COMPANY which is no longer in existence. None of the old lure companies are in business anymore. Most of the collectible lures are pre-WW II. So before 1940 is about where it starts, primarily because during the war all production stopped (metal was all going to the war effort). After the war production sky rocketed because everyone came back with money and the demand was at an all time high. I specialize in Fly rod lures, underwater minnows, and a lure called 'Punkinseed'. I also collect reels produced by the Heddon company.
